We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Human Resources to lead the HR Talent Team, including HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. In this remote role, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing leadership, and serving as a consultant to management on various HR-related issues to ensure a high-performing workforce across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR matters.

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units to analyze trends and address employee relations issues.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and coaching.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance on performance management, career development, and succession planning.

  • Develop HR analytics tools for continuous improvement.

  • Oversee Talent Acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.

  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.

  • Lead organizational development strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.

  • Manage change initiatives to support organizational growth.

  • Effectively manage HR budget and resources.

  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on HR metrics and initiatives.

  • Deliver HR solutions through project management and communication expertise.

  • Align HR actions with business goals.

  • Coach managers and employees on conflict resolution and performance management.

  • Guide managers and employees on legally compliant HR policies and procedures.

  • Influence management to support HR initiatives.

  • Provide expertise in employee relations and daily support.

  • Conduct timely employee investigations with comprehensive documentation.

  • Develop HR analytics tools for quality improvement.

  • Manage risk and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience resolving complex employee relations issues, including Title VII matters.

  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, employee relations, and employment laws.

  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven leadership and change management experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
