We're searching for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team and take charge of the fast-paced realm of sales and order fulfillment. Previous experience in the construction industry is a must! What You'll Do:
Coordinate orders for our Retail or Trade Sales segments with finesse.
Ensure every order is handled smoothly from start to finish.
Collaborate closely with our sales and fulfillment teams to keep our customers smiling.

Previous construction industry experience in customer and/or sales support

Responsibilities
Handle external and internal customer communications.
Review and book orders from sales team.
Coordinate purchasing from vendors and corporate manufacturing.
Record key order dates and activities.
Schedule and release completed product.
Coordinate Value Add and Pre-finish scheduling.
Arrange delivery of customer orders.
Collect customer payments post-delivery or installation.
Manage recovery process for shortages and damaged products.
Order parts or schedule service appointments as needed.
Process factory credits and follow up on pending or denied credits.
Serve as a resource for product queries.
Assist with physical inventory and resolve discrepancies.
Promote and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in the department.
